Yesterday was Icha's birthday - to celebrate Bella and Mark took her our for some 'home cooking' at one of the few Indonesian restaurants in the area.

Happy Birthday Icha!

Today is Icha's 30th birthday! Last Friday we had a 'surprise outing/party' for Icha..... the festivities began at 3:00pm when Monica, Michele and Maria (Mark's sisters) surprised Icha by taking her out for an afternoon at a swanky spa in San Jose.

On the way home the surprises continued as all of the 'little Murnanes' and husbands met the girls for a surprise dinner at Monica and Luke's house!

Selamat Idul Fitri!

To celebrate the end of Ramadan... and to get some free food, Mark, Icha and Bella went to an open house to commemorate Idul Fitri put on by the Indonesian consulate in San Francisco last Saturday.

Ah... being in a room packed full of people lining up for free food.... just like being back in Jakarta at a wedding!

Family Fitness

In an effort to keep fit Mark and Bella do push-ups together nearly every night. Somehow it seems that Mark is doing most of the work.....

When we started doing our push-ups together Bella used to do 5-6 mini push-ups by herself..... then she found it was much more fun to do push-ups on my back! Ah.... the joys of parenthood.
